The beds with hypoallergenic and down pillows were spacious. the location was particularly good and amazing, in the Ludwigsvorstadt district and within walking distance of a train station. - the workers were really friendly.

The smoking rooms were very little, about 8 m2. in unsmoking room i was staying at there was a water bed. furthermore almost all the rooms face the street, which is too noisy. still the staff is helpfull, and the breakfast is good

Newly renovated and reasonably large room with exceptionally comfortable bed and complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee. The great view to street from its windows. Good service, parking across the road. Smooth check-in.

The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The room was very nice, a cut above the kind of place I usually can afford, but the more luxurious feel was a pleasant change. The prices for breakfast, etc., did seem on the high side, but the hotel does offer a free internet connection for those who don't want to spring for WiFi, and good breakfast food is readily available elsewhere. While the immediate neighborhood was not exactly four-star, it was interesting; and the Hauptbahnhof was very close by. Likewise most of the core of Munich was in good walking distance.
